Have you ever heard of Char Siu? It is an Asian BBQ sauce that is pretty tasty. I first discovered it when I went to an Asian cooking class. You can get it at just about any Asian or Oriental type market, or you can even order it on Amazon. It is yummy. It kind of turns the chicken pink, but it is really good on both chicken and ribs. I highly recommend it if you like a bit of sweet and a bit of spice. I usually make my own BBQ sauce, but I like to keep some of this on hand for those really busy days when you just don’t have time to make it yourself.
I love cooking up some grilled chicken. It works really well on salads, pastas, stir fry, and more. When I am prepping food for the week, I often cook up some grilled chicken, a pot of quinoa, chop up veggies, and fruits. Then I can use them all week in the recipes I make. Try this! You will like it.
