This was delicious. But not a strong coconut taste
Could you substitute coconut milk for the milk?

In reply to Frances Allen. I really haven't had a problem with a soggy crust on this one. But if it is in the fridge too many days you will get some sogginess. So I would say eat it soon!

I have read previously that when making meringue the egg whites should be room temperature. Have you found that temperature makes a difference?
