In reply to Laura Reese. It’s really good even though I did not use a spoon to put the flour in and it was more dense. I thought it still tasted really good. Plus I used corn maze flour. I guess by mistake. I’m at my daughters and everything’s is not available. I did not realize it was not corn meal but corn flour.

I don’t have a cast iron skillet the right size, so I just used a round cake pan . So yummy! My family loves it warm with honey butter for breakfast!
