You are welcome. One other thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of other IP corned beef recipes state to cook for 90 minutes. That’s a lot longer than 60. I’m wondering why that is. I got great results doing mine last year at 60 minutes.

I’ve seen other IP recipes for this out there but I am not interested in trying them since this one was sooooo excellent when I made it St Paddy’s Day 2019. Am doing this one again tomorrow, 3/17/20.
