I believe you can freeze the noodles, and you can definitely freeze the sauce. I would probably freeze separately, and combine before serving.

Marsha, great question. They are called Tofu Shirataki/Shirataki noodles. I know Kroger carries this brand, but you can check your local grocery store and look in the same place they carry things like wonton wrappers, ginger, and tofu, and you should be able to find them, though they can be easy to overlook. I have seen tofu shirataki at Walmart even. If you run into trouble let me know and I can ask my brand contact which stores in your area might carry them. Thanks
