I mean that looks great and I’m sure it’s components are good. but it’s like making a tee shirt so long that it drags on the floor when you walk. Just obviously ridiculous.

Put it in a wrap, or make the insides thinner, or reduce quantity of ingredients. If I have to disassemble the food to ingest it then why make a tower in the first place other than silly presentation I guess?

Anyway, not ragging on the recipe or author. I bet the food is as good as it looks.
