Made for my son’s 18th bday. A simple, yummy and good-looking dessert! I refrigerated all afternoon so the graham crackers were nicely softened and then again to set the white chocolate drizzle. It resembled a Nanaimo bar in texture and taste. Don’t skip making the chocolate topping if you can. Completed this dessert. Inspired to try an alternate version.
