Can you make the dough the night before, and wrap it in wax paper before putting it in he fridge? Or would it not taste as good as fresh dough?

Are you kidding me! I live to go to Cutlers when I visit my mom in Davis County. Their Turkey Sandwich on Sourdough Bread and a glazed sugar cookie are the highlight of the visit! Can’t wait to make them myself!
