I don’t eat cucumber unless it’s in the burger patty. Since the slices of cucumber here is thin, I think I’ll enjoy eating this salad.

Seriously…I am getting a lesson in learning how to use my slow cooker and I think this would be a perfect salad to try out with my roast…
