Hi Jeff, this post is more about the method for getting it right, for an actual recipe, including roasting temperatures I provided a link to https://tangledwithtaste.com/rosemary-roasted-rack-of-pork/, but to answer your question you start by preheating to 350 and drop it to 325 degrees F when the pork goes in the oven. Again, this post is more about how to do it right so it is juicy, and why each step is important to insuring a great end product. Thanks have a great day!]]></description>
