I can&#039;t speak to that since I don&#039;t have one. But as far as the brine, and herb rub go, no. The only difference i can think of is cook time since the heat may be more consistent. So just watch it after about 2 hours, check the temp every 15 minutes or so and pull it off at an internal temp of 165 degrees.]]></description>
