I’ve been making this for years now and it’s always amazing! Preparing 20 servings tonight so I’m hopeful the chicken will fit in the pressure cooker, all at once. If not, I’ll have to do it in batches.. I will probably just sauté it in my large frying pan, to hurry things along.
