In reply to Gayle. You can use anything that is oven safe. Ceramic, stoneware, glass. I didn't use metal. But I am sure you can.

Thank you for such a delicious recipe! I don’t have ramekins so I made mine in 4 oz mason jars. I put 2 TBSP of the batter in, then the Nutella filling, and then another 1 TBSP of batter on top. I cooked them in the IP for 12 minutes with a quick release and let them rest for 3 minutes like you said. They turned out so yummy! 🙂
