Salads are my go-to dinner in the summer because it’s too hot to cook here in Phoenix! 😀 I don’t think I have ever tried kumquats, but I would love to give them a try! I would also love to try those OXO containers!!! We buy and use a ton of fresh produce in the summer and I can totally see where they would be a big help …. plus, organization!! Hello! I need them!
