In reply to Kylie. Kylie, I am not sure. When you measured your flour did you spoon it into the measuring cup or scoop it in? That can make a big difference in how much flour actually ends up in the recipe.

So i Just came across this site and tried this recipe, it has given me the best results out of the recipes I have tried.

When they came off the pan they were nice and soft, but then after cooling a little bit got hard and started cracking.

Did I measure it wrong or? Any feedback, thanks?

hi,
if you wanted to pre make the tortillas to serve later would you cook them on the griddle then store in zip lock bag and re heat in the oven? im having a dinner party and don’t want to cook one by one, id like to be able to serve them all at once

Cool! I love seeing tortilla recipes, because we don’t have a lot of store-bought tortillas here. Do you think you could cook them a few at a time in the oven, to save some time?
