Hi! My husband, Ray, and I served in Albuquerque with Niel and Marilyn - who we absolutely LOVE! We stayed at their home when we finished our mission. Brett - we have to tell you that we ate at Ruby River Monday night with another couple. I asked about you (we already knew you were gone to your next adventure!), and our waitress said how sad everyone was when you left; that they cried. She also said that the workers weren't very nice to the man who took over your position. I'm sure you wouldn't have allowed that if you'd been there. We were disappointed in the food. Three of us had the almond-crusted halibut. It was tough and chewy, and the steamed veggies were still quite crunchy - especially the carrots - with no butter or seasoning on them, not the yummy, delicious ones we've had before. In fact, my cauliflower was grey on the top, so I was surprised they even served it. That's probably disappointing for you to hear, since you did such an excellent job as manager. I hope you got our thank-you card I left there while you were still manager. You were so kind when we ate there with your parents. Thank you! Ray & Diana Ellis
