I am a big snacker, and I love snacks that pack a punch. These are awesome. They are great for getting protein, as Garbanzo beans are packed with it, and they can be customized to whatever flavor combination you love. Plus it is dirt cheap. I think a can of garbanzo beans is under $0.70. Then you just add a little oil and spices, presumably stuff you already have on hand, so for less than a buck you get a great snack food! Yum!

- 1 can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- Drain and rinse garbanzo beans/chick peas
- Mix oil and spices
- Coat beans thoroughly
- Place on baking tray in single layer
- Bake at 425 for 30-35 minutes (until desired crispiness is achieved)
- Stir a couple times throughout
