I “try” to make sure I keep a little extra or make a little extra at dinner (like if I’m grilling chicken breasts for dinner, I throw an extra one on) so I can have them for lunches. Its kind of a no-brainer…but I don’t always do it. Menu planning is definitely and area I lack in severely. haha
