A light, refreshing, sparkling strawberry lemonade you can whip up in your blender in a matter of minutes and enjoy all summer long. This is the kind of summer beverage you’ll want to sip pool side.
My good friend Allison Miller over at Cupcake Diaries has a cookbook that just came out, it is called Sun and Sizzle, it is a great summer inspired cookbook full of everything you could want to make in the summer, from grills to greens! And it has some pretty awesome drinks and dessert too. I had so much fun flipping through it.
Anyway a bunch of other bloggers and myself are doing a blog tour of her book, where you can check out some of the recipes, and learn about it. You can find that here, and if you are interested in purchasing this totally great cook book you can buy it on Amazon. To purchase, just click this link and it will take you right to her book. You can get it in a kindle version, or a paperback.
Because I think you guys would absolutely love how simple and fun her recipes are, I decided to share one with you today. I wanted to share this sparkling strawberry lemonade with you guys because not only is it super easy to make, it is also sooo refreshing. I love that it is sparkling.
I used fresh strawberries and a few ice cubes because I did not have frozen berries at the time and it turned out great, so feel free to play around with the recipe some to adjust to your personal preferences. The whole book is filled with simple, summer friendly, and totally fun recipes like this one.
I hope you enjoy it is as much as we did.
