Ingredients

Turkey Bratwursts
sliced into bite sized pieces

cups
mini sweet peppers
"sliced"or whatever peppers you have on hand
1
medium onion
sliced
1
medium zucchini
sliced
1
yellow squash
sliced

Tbs
olive oil
1
tsp
parsley
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
chives
1
pinch
salt
black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Wrap in Foil
Place on preheated grill, and cook, flip at about 8 minutes so as not to burn, and watch carefully.
Or bake at 425 for 20 mins
Cook until veggies are tender, and bratwurst are cooked through.
Notes
Feel free to add in extra veggies: button mushrooms, corn, asparagus, eggplant, carrots, or whatever you have on hand.
