Roasted Chick Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse garbanzo beans/chick peas
  • Mix oil and spices
  • Coat beans thoroughly
  • Place on baking tray in single layer
  • Bake at 425 for 30-35 minutes (until desired crispiness is achieved)
  • Stir a couple times throughout
