Quinoa, Chicken, and Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients

zucchini- chopped
1
c
cooked quinoa
cook in saucepan with 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa, boil, and let steam for 15 minutes
1/2
c
chopped carrots
1
tsp
garlic salt
1/2
c
water
1
boneless skinless chicken breast
cooked and cubed
Instructions
Cook the quinoa.
In separate pan, put in chopped veggies, water, and seasoning.
Cook until almost tender.
Add in chicken.
Add in cooked quinoa.
Serve hot.
