Quinoa, Chicken, and Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini- chopped
  • 1 c cooked quinoa cook in saucepan with 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa, boil, and let steam for 15 minutes
  • 1/2 c chopped carrots
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and cubed

Instructions

  • Cook the quinoa.
  • In separate pan, put in chopped veggies, water, and seasoning.
  • Cook until almost tender.
  • Add in chicken.
  • Add in cooked quinoa.
  • Serve hot.
