Crock Pot Spinach and Red Bell Pepper Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

red bell pepper
diced
1/2
yellow onion
diced
4
partially cooked baked potatoes
diced
1
cup
blend cheese
6
eggs
1/2
cup
milk
1
cup
frozen spinach
1
tsp
dry mustard
1
tsp
garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix together eggs, milk, and seasonings
Dice veggies and potatoes
Put potatoes in bottom of crock pot
Add frozen spinach
Add cheese
Pour milk and egg mixture over it all
Add diced peppers
Give it a little stir
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours
