Ingredients
2-3lbChuck Roastor Beef Roast of Choice
2Tbsolive oil
1onionsliced thin
1Tbsminced garlic
1TbsWorcestershire sauce
1tspgarlic powder
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspground pepper
1Tbsbrown sugar
2Tbsminced dry onions
1Tbsdried parsley
1Tbsdried oregano
1Tbsbeef bouillonthe paste kind, or cubes
3cupsbeef broth
2lbspotatoescubed
1lbbaby carrots
Instructions
Using aFrying Pan brown all sides of your roast by heating olive oil over medium-high heat, and searing all the sides.
In a Crock Pot/Slow Cookeradd: onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, brown sugar, minced dry onion, dried parsley, dried oregano, bouillion, and beef broth.
Add roast to slow cooker
Wash and cube potatoes, add to crock pot
Add baby carrots
Push them down so they are submersed in the liquid.
Cook 7-8 hours on medium or high, until roast is fall apart tender (patience)
