Easy Crock Pot Roast Recipe

Simple fall apart tender pot roast, this is one of the best pot roasts you will ever eat, and it is so easy. Just stick everything in the slow cooker and let it do it's work!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb Chuck Roast or Beef Roast of Choice
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 onion sliced thin
  • 1 Tbs minced garlic
  • 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 Tbs brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs minced dry onions
  • 1 Tbs dried parsley
  • 1 Tbs dried oregano
  • 1 Tbs beef bouillon the paste kind, or cubes
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 lbs potatoes cubed
  • 1 lb baby carrots

Instructions

  • Using aFrying Pan brown all sides of your roast by heating olive oil over medium-high heat, and searing all the sides.
  • In a Crock Pot/Slow Cookeradd: onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, brown sugar, minced dry onion, dried parsley, dried oregano, bouillion, and beef broth.
  • Add roast to slow cooker
  • Wash and cube potatoes, add to crock pot
  • Add baby carrots
  • Push them down so they are submersed in the liquid.
  • Cook 7-8 hours on medium or high, until roast is fall apart tender (patience)
  • Enjoy
