Raspberry Mango Chia Seed Smoothie

apple juice frozen concentrate

cups
frozen raspberries
1.5
cup
frozen mango chunks
2
cups
spinach
2
Tbs
Chia seeds
Water
Instructions
Put the frozen juice concentrate in your blender, followed by the raspberries, mangos, chia, and spinach.
Fill your blender about 3/4 full of water (more if you like it thinner)
Blend.
