Raspberry Mango Chia Seed Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple juice frozen concentrate
  • 1. 5 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1.5 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 Tbs Chia seeds
  • Water

Instructions

  • Put the frozen juice concentrate in your blender, followed by the raspberries, mangos, chia, and spinach.
  • Fill your blender about 3/4 full of water (more if you like it thinner)
  • Blend.
