Day 7: Emotional Eating Be Gone & Berry Delicious Chia Seed Pudding

This delicious chia seed pudding only takes a couple of minutes to make and there are lots of options for customizing it

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • Whipped cream optional
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt optional

Instructions

  • In a container or jar, mix chia, vanilla, and almond milk together.
  • Shake well.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (Overnight works great)
  • Remove from fridge and stir in berries, top with more berries, whipped cream, slivered nuts, or whatever you want.
  • If you want it a little thicker or creamier, stir in a cup of vanilla greek yogurt.
  • Serve cold
