Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 1/2 Tbs sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbs fresh dill
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbs fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Fried Chicken Tenders

    Salad

    • Romaine lettuce leaves washed and chopped
    • Tomatoes
    • Cucumbers
    • Snap peas

    Instructions

    • Whisk all ingredients together
    • Adjust if you need to change the thickness or consistency
    • Refrigerate until ready to serve
    • Make chicken strips according to directions in recipe
    • Chop tomatoes, snap peas, and cucumbers
    • Chop Romaine lettuce
    • Assemble salads as desired, and top with dressing, then mix together
