Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In medium bowl add your flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir to combine.
Add in your egg, sour cream, milk, butter and vanilla extract and stir until everything comes together, but do not over mix.
Fold in your strawberries.
Spray a 6 count donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Add your batter to a piping bag or a ziploc baggie with the tip cut open.
Pipe your batter into each well of the donut pan.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until slightly golden and donuts spring back when touched.
Remove from oven and turn out onto a cooling rack.
Meanwhile to make your icing combine your cream cheese and powdered sugar together in small bowl.
Add your vanilla and milk 1 Tbs at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
Fold in your strawberries.
Dip each donut into the icing mixture and return to cooling rack to let sit a few minutes and then dip again and let set.
