Creamy Tomatillo Buttermilk Ranch

A creamy, buttermilk, tomatillo ranch you will want to drown all of your favorite Mexican foods in, from salads to burritos, to tacos, and more. This is easy to make, can be done in five minutes in the blender, and offers full flavor with minimal work!

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tomatillo peeled
  • 1/2 jalapeño seeds removed
  • 1/2 c buttermilk
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 a bunch of cilantro divided (about 3/4 a cup)
  • 1 Tbs lime juice
  • 1 tsp dry chives
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  • Put everything in the blender (except half the cilantro)
  • and blend until smooth
  • Chop the rest of the cilantro fine, and add it in, or put it in and pulse a few times!
