Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup "just-add-water" pancake mix
  • 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 tbs Kraft shreds cheese
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup "just-add-water" pancake mix of choice
  • 1/3 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Stove Top Stuffing
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/3 cup cranberry jelly
  • 2 mandarin oranges juiced
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a bowl
  • Scoop out about 1/2 a cup and place in center of Belgium waffle iron
  • Cook in preheated waffle iron
  • Mix everything together in a bowl
  • Scoop out about 1/2 a cup of mixture into center of belgian waffle iron
  • Cook in preheated waffle iron until browned
  • Spray waffle iron with cooking spray
  • Put stuffing in center
  • Cook in preheated waffle iron for 2-3 minutes until outside is crispy and it holds its shape
  • Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth
  • Heat if desired
