Ingredients
1package Nasoya egg roll wrapsYou won't use the whole package
1/2cupherbed goat cheese
1/2cupblack beans
1/2cupsmoked salmoncut into strips
Instructions
Preheat fryer oil to 350 degrees F or oven to 400 degrees F
Lay out your egg roll wrappers, and place even amounts of black beans, salmon, and goat cheese on center.
Use a little water to moisten edges of wrappers, and wrap. *
If frying, put in fryer basket and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
If baking, spray with cooking spray and bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
