Turkey Lettuce Wraps

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 1 Tbs minced garlic
- Butter Lettuce
Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbs Soy Sauce
- 1 TBS Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbs dark brown sugar
- 1 Tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 Tbs white sugar
- 1 TBS corn starch
- 1 Tbs rice wine
- 1 Tbs olive oil
Slaw Topping
- 1/3 cup cucumber matchsticks
- 1/3 cup radish matchsticks
- 1/3 cup carrot matchsticks
- 2 Tbs chopped cilantro
- 1/2 Tbs lime juice
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and lightly brown the minced garlic
Brown ground turkey with carrot shreds and water chestnuts
Mix together the ingredients of the sauce, and pour over the meat. Then let simmer for a few minutes.
Mix together the topping slaw
In butter lettuce leaves layer the ground turkey mixture and top with a big spoonful of slaw
