- 1 large beef steak tomato
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 1 cup corn kernels drained
- 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 2-3 avocados diced
- 1/4 a bunch of cilantro chopped fine
Sauce
- 2 Tbs lime juice fresh
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Chop up tomatoes, drain and rinse beans and corn, chop cilantro, dice red onion
Mix together in a big bowl with avocado, adjust proportions according to your preferences.
Top with sauce and stir
