Candy Bar Poke Cake

This cake is a beautiful mess of sweet, salty, crunchy, chewy, and everything in between. Basically straight up delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix or favorite white cake, made according to directions
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 TBS heavy cream
  • 1/2 TBS butter
  • 1 1/2 cups caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 2 candy bars cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts or nuts of choice

Instructions

  • Bake cake according to directions
  • While cake is baking, cut up candy bar into small pieces and set aside.
  • Put chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff, heavy cream, and butter in a medium sized microwave safe bowl, and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each until melted together and fully 1ncorporated (1-2 mins total).
  • When cake is done baking, take it out of the oven, and poke holes into the top with a chopstick or other instrument
  • Pour caramel sauce over the top while cake is still warm
  • Let cake cool about 5 minutes, then spread the chocolate marshmallow mixture over the top
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts, and chunks of candy bar
  • Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the top
  • Let cool completely and serve
