Ingredients

  • 4-6 cups of Kale shredded
  • 1/2 cup sliced Kumquats
  • 1 chicken breast grilled and chunked I used Zesty Chicken Marinade
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 3 hard boiled eggs chunked
  • 3 red sweet mini peppers
  • Kumquat salad dressing

Instructions

  • Cook your chicken and chunk it up
  • Slice your mini peppers, kumquats, and eggs, and get your edamame out
  • Mix the kale with toppings and add in salad dressing
  • Toss and serve!
