Peanut Butter Freezer Cookies and The Dream Dinners Process
Big, fluffy, chewy, and oh so amazing peanut butter cookies studded with chocolate and peanut butter, and kept in the freezer until ready to bake.

- 3/4 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbs cornstarch
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 12 ounce bag of mini chocolate coated peanut butter candies
In a large mixing bowl, whip the butter, sugars, shortening, and peanut butter together until well blended.
Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
In a separate bowl combine the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
Slowly mix the wet and dry ingredients together until just incorporated.
Fold in chocolate peanut butter candies until incorporated.
Divide dough into two equal parts and roll into foot long logs
Roll up in plastic wrap and foil and freeze
When ready to bake, cut each log into 12 cookies, and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes
