Apple Butter Pork Tenderloin (Grill and Sheet Pan)
This delicious pork tenderloin is topped with a sweet and flavorful apple butter BBQ sauce and then grilled to perfection.

Apple Butter BBQ
- 1/2 cup Red Jacket apple butter
- 2 1/2 Tbs brown sugar
- 3 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbs molasses
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1/4-1/2 tsp harissa adjust according to heat preference
Mix together BBQ sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Remove pork tenderloin from packaging and sprinkle salt generously over the entire tenderloin
Let sit for 5-10 minutes to allow to come to room temperature.
Grill Instructions
Heat grill to 350 degrees.
Grill for 15 minutes
Flip, and continue grilling until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (approximately 5-10 more minutes, depending on thickness of tenderloin)
Brush BBQ sauce over the pork, and cook for a few more minutes until temperature reaches 150 degrees F.
Remove from grill, add additional BBQ sauce, and cover with foil.
Let rest for 5 minutes
Slice and serve!
Sheet Pan Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a hot skillet with 1 Tbs olive oil, sear pork loin on all sides.
Place on sheet pan, and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes per pound, or until interior reaches 145 degrees (about 1 hour)
Brush tenderloin with sauce, and turn oven to broil on high heat.
Broil 3-5 minutes until sauce is hot and starting to caramelize.
Rest five minutes, then serve
