Lemon Basil Baked Garlic Butter Salmon

A buttery, garlic, lemon, basil salmon that is easy to make, and bakes up fast!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces salmon (4 pieces)
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 Tbs minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sweet basil leaf dried
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes more if you like it spicy
  • 1 spray PAM cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Lay out your foil sheets, one per filet of fish.
  • Put your salmon on your foil.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine butter, garlic, basil, and red pepper.
  • Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute until butter is melted, stir well.
  • Spoon butter mixture evenly over the fish
  • Squeeze half a lemon over each filet
  • Wrap in foil, place on baking sheet
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes, until desired doneness is reached
  • Turn oven on to broil on high
  • Broil 1-2 minutes to crisp up edges of Salmon
  • Serve immediately.
