Crock Pot Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients

Potatoe Mixture

  • 1 package Simply Potatoes hashbrowns
  • 1 10.5 ounce can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 small onion chopped small
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onion Garnish

Topper

  • 3/4 cup French Fried Onions
  • 3/4 cup Corn Flakes

Instructions

  • Mix together Simply Potatoes hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, chopped onions, and salt and pepper.
  • Spray a 6-8 quart Crockpot with cooking spray
  • Dump potatoes into crock pot, and using a spatula, smooth the potatoes out.
  • Put lid on, and cook on high heat for 4 hours.
  • Mix together French fried onions and Corn Flakes, and sprinkle them over the top. Cook 20-30 more minutes
  • Broil for 2-3 minutes in an oven to crisp up top (optional)
  • Garnish with chopped green onion.
