Breakfast Flatbread

A breakfast flatbread loaded with meats, veggies, cheese, and a creamy egg!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Stonefire Tandoor baked mini Naan 4 piece to a package
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup ham pieces
  • 2 white mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pepperjack cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Top it (Optional)

  • 1/4 cup spinach sliced into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Lay mini naan out on an ungreased baking sheet
  • Put meats, mushrooms, and cheese on top, then push to the sides to form a "nest"
  • Crack egg into the center of the "nest"
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Bake until the whites of the egg turn white, about 8-10 minutes (more or less depending on your oven, just watch it)
  • Top with fresh veggies of choice. (optional)
  • Enjoy!
