- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 1 oz fresh basil
- 1 oz fresh parsley
- 2 tsp onion flakes
- 1 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1/3-1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
Put minced garlic, basil, parsley onion flakes, parmesan, avocado, and olive oil in a food processor, and process until basil leaves are minced.
Add in sour cream, Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides, and a little salt, and process until smooth.
Add additional olive oil if you want a thinner dressing.
Taste and season to preference.
Use as dip or dressing!
