Healthy Protein Peanut Butter Cups
Rich dark chocolate, creamy peanut butter filling, and a healthy serving of protein per peanut butter cup! These are far healthier than traditional peanut butter cups, and have so much delicious flavor! You will fall in love.

- 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Raw Honey
- 1/2 cup Oat Flour
- 3 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 20 ounces dark chocolate chips melted
In a large bowl combine peanut butter, raw honey, oat flour, Vital Protein Collagen Peptides, and vanilla.
Use a hand mixer to comine.
Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate in microwave by heating in 30 second intervals. Stir well between each. When the chocolate is mostly melted, remove and stir until silky smooth.
Line a muffin win with foil liners.
Spoon about 3/4 Tbs melted chocolate into each tin
Scoop a ball of peanut butter filling out, and flatten into a patty, and press into the chocolate.
Spoon additional chocolate over the top
Tap muffin tin to even out the chocolate
Refrigerate for 10 minutes or so to set up the chocolate.
