Berry Compote Parfait

This berry compote parfait is sure to be a big hit! Chia berry compote layered with yogurt and a chia almond granola, as well as ripe, fresh, berries.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups Attune Foods Coconut Chia Almond Granola
  • Fresh berries for garnish

Triple Berry Jam:

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 Tbs chia seed
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a small sauce pan, combine berries, chia seed, honey, and vanilla extract, and heat over medium high heat.
  • Use a whisk and mush everything up, and cook down for 2-3 minutes until just warmed through and a little saucy.
  • Divide triple berry jam between 4 cups, add 1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup Attune Foods Coconut Chia Almond Granola to each cup.
  • Garnish with extra fresh berries and enjoy!
