Bake brownies according to package directions
Allow brownies to cool completely
Cut off any hard edges, and discard (or eat, let's be honest)
Scoop brownies into a large bowl, and combine with cream cheese using a hand mixer.
Roll brownie mix into balls or Thanksgiving character shapes, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment, and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes until firm.
Melt chocolate by placing it in the microwave in a medium sized bowl, cook for 20 seconds, then stir, and repeat until fully melted.
Dip each truffle ball into the chocolate, and place back on the parchment paper. Decorate...sprinkle with sprinkles for easy decorations, or make into your favorite Thanksgiving Characters.
