Sheet Pan Chicken Stirfry

This easy, delicious, 30 minutes Sheet Pan Chicken Stir Fry is the ideal weeknight meal with tons of veggies, flavorful chicken, and easy clean up.

Ingredients

Stir fry sauce

  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs Hoison
  • 1 1/2 lb chicken breast cut into thin strips
  • 5 cups stir fry veggies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together stir fry sauce and whisk all ingredients together.
  • Coat chicken in sauce, and
  • Dump chicken on sheet pan, and add the veggies in.
  • Stir them together to coat the veggies, and make sure it is one, even, layer on the sheet pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through (*Note)

Notes

* You may need to cook longer, depending on how thick you cut your chicken
