Lemon Garlic Shrimp
A delicious and easy to make meal of lemon garlic shrimp. It takes only minutes to make and is bursting with citrus flavors, rich garlic, and nutty parmesan. A winner for a weeknight dinner.

- 1 Tbs Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 pound Shrimp peeled, deveined, and tails removed
- 2 tsps Minced garlic
- 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 2 Lemons zest
- 2 Tbs Fresh lemon juice
- 2 Scallions finely chopped
In a large skillet, add olive oil, salt and pepper, and heat
Once hot, add the garlic, and saute one minute.
Add the shrimp, and cook until just turning pink and opaque.
Remove from heat, and put in a medium sized bowl
Add parmesan cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, and scallions
Toss and serve warm.
Can sub parsley for the green onion
Clean and devein shrimp before cooking
Can cook with the tail on the shrimp for added flavor.
