Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Boneless Pork Chops butterflied
  • 1 Large Apple peeled and diced
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/8 Tsp. Ginger
  • 2 Tsp. Pork Seasoning
  • kitchen twine

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and preheat a grill, griddle, or oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine the diced apple, cinnamon, sea salt, pepper, nutmeg, and ginger. Set aside.
  • Season the pork chops with the pork seasoning and place 1-2 spoonfuls of apple onto one side of the pork chop.
  • Fold the pork chop over to close and use the kitchen twine to tie shut.
  • Sear both sides of the pork chops on the griddle for 3-5 minutes on each side. Then transfer the chops to the oven for an additional 30-40 minutes to finish cooking.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for about 10 minutes. Cut off the kitchen twine and serve immediately.
