Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs
How to quickly and easily cook hard boiled eggs in the pressure cooker or instant pot. Instant pot hard boiled eggs are easy, peel well, and don't have that ugly green ring.

Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of your pressure cooker.
Place the trivet over the water and put eggs on it, leaving space so they are not touching.
Put lid onto the pressure cooker and lock into place. Set valve to sealing.
Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
When those 5 minutes are up, allow for 5 minutes natural pressure release time, then quick release remaining pressure.
As soon as the lid unlocks, put eggs in an ice bath for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, peel and enjoy, or refrigerate for later use.
