- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 -2 tsps sriracha based on heat preference
- 1 tablespoon stevia powdered
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or ½ tsp ginger paste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook and stir ground beef and garlic in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
Combine soy sauce, stevia, ginger, sriracha, and black pepper in a bowl; whisk until well combined.
Pour over ground beef; simmer until the sauce thickens, about 3 minutes. Remove from skillet, and set aside
Add 1 tbs olive oil to skillet, along with cauliflower rice and 1 Tbs green onion, chopped, saute cauliflower rice for 1-2 minutes until slightly tender and heated through.
Top with Korean Beef, and garnish with remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
