When you’re craving a taco but not the carbs, reach for these Chicken Taco Lettuce Wraps. They are just the thing to satisfy a craving and squash any guilt. They’re healthy, fresh, flavorful, and can you’ll love to eat them for lunch, dinner, or a great snack.
Pound chicken with a mallet to even thickness or butterfly so it is thinner.
Mix the spices together with 1 Tbs olive oil.
Rub all over the chicken.
Heat 1 Tbs olive oil over medium high heat in a large skillet.
Place chicken on the skillet, and let the chicken cook 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (until it has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F).
To Make Cilantro Sauce
Place all the ingredients in the food processor and blend for 1 minute or until creamy.
To Assemble
